  1、企業(yè)自我評價：需要符合條件后才能進行申報認定。

  1. Enterprise self-evaluation: only after meeting the conditions can it be declared and recognized.

  2、網(wǎng)上注冊登記：初次申請認定的企業(yè)，需要在“國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認定管理工作網(wǎng)”和地方高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認定管理系統(tǒng)上進行注冊。

  2. Online registration: enterprises applying for recognition for the first time need to register on the "national high-tech enterprise recognition management network" and the local high-tech enterprise recognition management system.

  3、網(wǎng)上申請：在注冊的管理系統(tǒng)上按照要求填寫上傳《高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認定申請書》、《高企認定信息表》等相關(guān)資料信息。

  3. Online application: fill in and upload the application form for recognition of high-tech enterprises, information form for recognition of high-tech enterprises and other relevant information on the registered management system as required.

  4、進行初審：當企業(yè)完成管理系統(tǒng)提交后，相關(guān)部門(通常是當?shù)馗咂笳J定工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室)對申報書進行網(wǎng)上初步審查。

  4. Conduct preliminary examination: after the enterprise completes the submission of the management system, the relevant departments (usually the office of the local leading group for high enterprise recognition) conduct online preliminary examination of the declaration.

  5、高企評審、認定及備案：通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)提交資料后，材料會到達認定機構(gòu)，企業(yè)需要將交內(nèi)紙質(zhì)申報材料。認定機構(gòu)會組織專家成立專家組進行審查，并根據(jù)評審意見進行綜合評定。認定機構(gòu)將會把認定企業(yè)名單報領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組備案。

  5. Review, identification and filing of high-tech enterprises: after submitting the materials through the network system, the materials will reach the identification institution, and the enterprise needs to submit the paper application materials. The accreditation body will organize experts to set up an expert group for review, and conduct comprehensive evaluation according to the review opinions. The accreditation institution will submit the list of accredited enterprises to the leading group for filing.

  6、公告公示：認定備案的企業(yè)名單，由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室在"高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認定管理工作網(wǎng)"公示。公示期間有異議的，可以提交書面材料到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室后由認定機構(gòu)核容實處理。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室可對相關(guān)報備的企業(yè)進行隨機抽查，對于存在問題的企業(yè)也交由認定機構(gòu)核實，并提出相關(guān)的處理建議。

  6. Announcement and publicity: the list of enterprises identified and filed shall be publicized by the leading group office on the "high tech enterprise identification management network". If there is any objection during the publicity period, the written materials can be submitted to the leading group office and then verified and handled by the accreditation institution. The leading group office can conduct random inspection on the enterprises reported for filing, and submit the enterprises with problems to the certification authority for verification, and put forward relevant treatment suggestions.

  7、下發(fā)資質(zhì)：公示無異議結(jié)束后，將在“國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)認定管理工作網(wǎng)”上公告認定結(jié)果，并由認定機構(gòu)頒發(fā)“高新技術(shù)企業(yè)證”。

  7. Issuing qualification: after the publicity without objection, the recognition results will be announced on the "national high tech enterprise recognition management network", and the recognition organization will issue the "high tech enterprise certificate".
